RETURNS POLICY

Feel free to return unused merchandise within 30 days (more flexible during the holidays) of delivery to exchange it for a different item. Buyer pays return shipping and we will pay to ship the new merchandise back to you.

SHIPPING

We charge a flat shipping rate that increases as additional items are added to your cart. The increase allows us to pay for the cost of shipping as well as any handling fees associated. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days but may take longer (5-9 business days) to ship. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a USPS/FedEx tracking number. We reserve the right to ship via USPS or FedEx depending on the salt product as they are very fragile and sometimes need extra care and handling.

Lost/Damaged by Post Office/FedEx: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office/FedEx. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification, please email info@qnahomestore.com and we will be happy to help resolve the issue if possible. Thank you for your understanding with this.
